The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include the development essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Change & Release Management Strategic Enablement Team, you will be a key driver of enterprise transformation, enabling smarter, faster, and more resilient change across the organization. This role blends business analysis, change and release management, and emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning, to deliver high-impact solutions that support strategic initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations.

You will lead efforts to translate business needs into actionable insights, support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows, and ensure alignment with ITIL and DevSecOps frameworks.

Your work will directly influence how the organization adopts innovation, manages risk, and scales digital capabilities .

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
  • Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project
  • Understand and apply industry-specific best practices & standards
  • Establish a level of expertise in the business areas, systems and platforms being supported
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Ansible, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus.
  • Frameworks: Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
