Job Details

We have Superintendent opportunities in Greensboro, NC, Wilmington, NC, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, and Savannah, GA!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules
• Build and maintain productive subcontractor relationships
• Ensure timely completion and exceptional quality on all assigned projects
• Create detailed project documentation for seamless coordination and effective site management
• Implement our robust Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
• Foster an injury-free environment through our award-winning safety initiatives

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent in higher education, K-12, public work, commercial/industrial, healthcare, and/or multifamily
• Team-oriented leadership style with proven ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners
• Understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements
