Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, prioritizing, and maintaining a product / team backlog for Data Governance projects.
Work with a Scrum team and review test cases to confirm coverage of all data quality related requirements.
Collaborate with peer Product teams and coordinate stakeholder priorities related to Data Governance and Data quality.
Identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and govern data quality.
Support the development of Data Management tools, Data Lineage, and creation of Data Offerings and Data Concepts in OFM applications.
Participate in Agile product ownership activities, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Qualifications

Experience with data governance, data analysis, data mapping, and data sourcing from multiple systems.
Strong experience as a BA/DA and deep understanding of business requirements, data, and SQL.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and critical decision?making skills.
Finance domain experience (risk management or internal audit) is a plus.
Strong client?management skills.
Experience with JIRA or equivalent Agile / project?management tools.
Experience with Agile Product Owner role, SCRUM/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) exposure and SAFE PO certification is a plus.
Experience in data?modeling tools such as MagicDraw and Collibra.
Understanding of Data Lineage and Data Management tools.
