Job Title: Data Quality and Data Governance Manager

Job Description:
Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Define data quality standards, monitor key metrics, and lead data quality audits.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
Implement and manage data governance tools like Informatica Data Management Cloud.
Partner with business, IT, and analytics teams to align governance goals.
Conduct training sessions to promote governance best practices.
Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, management, or data quality roles.
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage.
Experience with governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation.
Understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Master's degree or certifications such as CDMP or DGSP preferred.
Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud.
Familiarity with AI governance and data readiness for analytics.
Experience leading data culture and change management programs.
