Job Description Are you an experienced Printer/Copier Field Technician eager to make an impact in a dynamic setting? If you enjoy troubleshooting and have a knack for technology, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities include: Triage and resolve printer/copier issues from clients. Maintain and repair Canon, Ricoh, and HP devices. Troubleshoot and repair copiers/printers within your geographic area. Manage service delivery, including handling escalations. Coordinate with manufacturers and supervisors via ticketing systems. Provide detailed feedback and customer updates. Deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Experience servicing printers/copiers is required. Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop technologies. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and age of at least 21.
