*Qualifications:*

* Experience: 2-6 years practicing family law *required*, showcasing familiarity with Texas family law statutes and procedures.
* Must have direct experience in family law
* Will handle family cases and effectively resolve legal disputes
* Should devise innovative case strategies tailored to clients' goals
* Must be proficient in drafting and editing pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel, and advocating fiercely for clients in court
* Will focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service throughout the legal process

*Skills:*

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
* Skillful in communicating with clients and expressing genuine compassion to families who feel/are in crisis
* Ability to satisfy a 1450/year billable hours requirement
* Able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding

*Language:*

* Bilingual (Spanish & English) is highly preferred
