*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5 7 years of practice to join our team. The firm prides itself on maintaining a congenial work environment, and values work-life balance and community engagement. *Responsibilities* * Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, legal separation, child custody, support, and other relevant family law matters. * Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. * Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. * Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. * Ensure timely case management, including filing deadlines and compliance with court rules. * Provide timely, sound legal advice, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout their case. * Stay informed about changes in family law regulations and related areas. * Maintain accurate case files and documentation. * Work collaboratively with support staff, and other attorneys within the firm. * Participate in firm initiatives including professional development, community involvement, and client education. * Maintain consistent billable hours in accordance with firm expectations. * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada. * Minimum 5 7 years of family law experience required. * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. * Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. * Proficient in conducting legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Legal administrative experience is a plus. *Comprehensive Benefits* * 401(k) + firm matching * Retirement Plan * Health Insurance Company pays 50% of Premium for Employee Coverage * Dental and Vision Insurance Company covers 100% of Premium. * Paid time off and Holiday Pay *Compensation* * Base range: $90,000.00 - $126,000.00, negotiable based on experience. * Performance Based Bonuses Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Education: * Doctorate (Required) Experience: * Family law: 5 years (Required) * Litigation: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * State Bar of Nevada License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89120 (Preferred) Work Location: In person by Jobble
