In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, selling the company’s services whilst leading a team of experienced global mobility tax professionals. The Role Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including: tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes. Lead a team of experienced mobility tax professionals Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage Develop client proposals and presentations Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships Qualifications The successful candidate must have previous global mobility experience with a focus on individual tax compliance. Applicants must be team players with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.
