I'm looking for a salesperson who isn't afraid of picking up the phone and "dialing for dollars". We'll train you on how to sell auto insurance, as well as home, renters, boat, cycle, and other product lines. We're an established agency looking to grow our customers.

The ideal candidate will know how to use social media to market to friends and anyone they can reach out to. We'll provide you with many leads to call on as well. There is a base pay and you will earn additional dollars based on what you sell. You'll need an insurance license which we can pay for. We can guide you through the process. Lots of great potential to become successful in the insurance business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and contact potential clients.
  • Networking: Use your network to reach out and find new customers plus take advantage of the leads we provide you with.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Minnesota Property & Casualty License. We'll pay for this and guide you through the process of obtaining a license.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills are important.

Organization: Yes, you should be organized

Work Ethic: Absolutely essential
