Compensation:

Starting at $25/hr

Duties:

• Support the Foreman in organizing and managing daily job site activities.
• Lead by example and motivate crew members to maintain high standards of work.
• Assist with training new team members and monitoring crew performance.
• Read and follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor work quality and help resolve on-site issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team regarding progress and challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.Step into Foreman duties when the Foreman is absent or unavailable.

Skills:

• 3+ years of roofing experience (shingle, metal, flat, or other systems).
• Proven leadership abilities and good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Working at Heights and Fall Arrest certification (or willing to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license an asset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
