Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiovascular Surgery team in Marietta, GA . The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients
• Monitor patient status, hemodynamics, and recovery progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• Cardiovascular, ICU, or Surgical experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
