Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our custom residential / commercial cabinet shop. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with periodic on-site responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of office experience, and will excel at managing workflows / schedules, and process improvement. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires adaptability to a dynamic environment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to bridge remote and on-site operations effectively.
