Overview:

Role: Part-Time School Cleaner

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr

Hours: Mon-Fri (6-10pm or 7-11pm)

Location: 110 E Main St, Moorestown, NJ

The Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a reliable and motivated School Cleaner to help us maintain a clean and safe educational environment. This role involves working with both staff and students to ensure our school facilities are kept to the highest cleanliness standards. Responsibilities:

• Carry out janitorial duties and cleaning tasks in designated areas to meet quality and safety standards.
• Utilize protective gear during all cleaning operations.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
• Notify supervisors regarding any equipment or supply needs.
• Dust and damp mop floors in classrooms and communal spaces.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, and shared areas.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling effectively.
• Respond promptly to requests and alerts via the paging system.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to promote a sanitary environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in custodial work, especially in a school context, is a plus.
• Able to follow oral and written directions reliably.
• Commitment to performing routine tasks consistently and effectively.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after initial training.
• Punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts are essential.
• Capability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull weights up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around food and cleaning agents.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
