About the Company:
This is a part-time role for a fast-growing digital business group operating in the e-commerce, logistics, and online acquisitions space. We build, scale, and support online brands through data-driven operations, global remote teams, and efficient systems. Our focus is on creating sustainable, high-performance businesses in international markets.
Location: US - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Shape content pillars and the long-term narrative arc
Plan and manage the weekly content cadence
Turn ideas and voice notes into polished, high-performing posts
Capture spontaneous insights and transform them into stories
Edit and refine content in a distinct founder voice
Build a simple content system (ideas → drafts → posts)
Guide experiments, format shifts, and growth strategy
Provide light accountability and creative collaboration
Bonus: help refine storylines for short-form video
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
You’re obsessed with storytelling, content strategy, and founder narratives
You can ghostwrite with precision and personality
You understand IG/X growth mechanics + audience psychology
You’re great at turning raw ideas into clear frameworks
You’re comfortable working 5–10 hrs/week with async flexibility
