The Role

Reporting to the Director of Integrated & Automated Solutions, the mission of this role is to take 100% responsibility for managing and delivering projects as Project Manager to ensure successful execution. You are responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and with highest customer satisfaction.

• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover to customer acceptance
\n
• Assess project risks and coordinate plan to mitigate
\n
• Identify critical path items and coordinate execution to schedule
\n
• Develop and communicate project schedule with key milestone dates to external and internal customers
\n
• Track and communicate variances in budget throughout project life cycle
\n
• Develop material and operational improvements with the customer to deliver superior quality systems
\n
• Coordinate schedule execution to milestone dates with internal groups.
\n
• Forecast all project materials and services for expected date that Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and related Recognized Revenue/Earned Value based on key milestone completion dates
\n
• Act as key contact and face of BlastOne expertise in communications with customers
\n

Required Skills/Qualifications

\n
• 10+ years of experience in managing capital projects for industrial facilities and/or equipment supply.
\n
• Understanding of project management tools and procedures
\n
• 10+ years of experience with management of installation, startup and commissioning of industrial projects
\n
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
\n
• Excellent customer management skills
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
\n
• Strong leadership and the ability build strong teamwork
\n
• Strong project management methodology
\n
• Strong understanding of industrial projects and equipment
\n
• Excellent organization and project management skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
\n
• Ability/Knowledge to work with power tools
\n
• Ability to operate manlift equipment
\n
• Approximately 10-20% travel
\n
• Several trips per assigned project based on site needs for successful installation and commissioning
\n
