We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee building operations, property maintenance, and tenant support on a project basis. Ideal candidates have experience in property management, facilities operations, or construction management and can ensure buildings remain safe, efficient, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Operations : Manage daily facility upkeep, safety, and tenant satisfaction
• Contract Management : Negotiate and oversee leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements
• Maintenance & Construction Oversight : Supervise staff and vendors; ensure projects meet code and budget requirements
• Inspections : Conduct property and project inspections to verify quality and compliance
• Safety Compliance : Enforce OSHA and building safety regulations

Top Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or facilities operations
• 5+ years in construction or maintenance management
• Skilled in contract negotiation , budgeting , and vendor management
• Knowledge of building codes , OSHA standards , and safety regulations
• Strong leadership , organizational , and communication skills
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License
• Physically able to walk properties and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred:

• Experience with building inspections , quality control , and compliance
• Background in engineering or architecture (planning, design, or operations)
• Ability to estimate labor , materials , and project costs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
