About the Role:
The Safety Manager plays a critical role in protecting employees, equipment, and the traveling public across various job sites and facilities. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that requires a proactive leader dedicated to ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards. The role involves developing and implementing safety programs aligned with TxDOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations, conducting site audits, leading training sessions, managing investigations, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives both in the field and in the office, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for coaching others toward safer work practices.
