Job Summary

Licensed Mental Health Therapist to our team! This role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with elementary, middle, and high school students within
Carroll County Public Schools . You will play a vital part in diagnosing and treating psychological concerns, fostering essential life skills, and guiding clients through challenges to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs.
- Deliver evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and children.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Facilitate group and individual sessions using proven therapeutic methods.
- Ensure detailed, timely, and accurate documentation of treatment plans and client progress.
- Conduct regular wellness check-ins to monitor and support ongoing client success.
- Uphold all professional licensing standards and facility protocols.
Qualifications
- Education : Masters degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Licensure : Current and unrestricted license to practice therapy in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, etc.).
- Experience : Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred but not required.
- Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage client caseloads and documentation efficiently.
- A genuine passion for supporting youth mental health and fostering positive change.
