Summary of

Key Objectives

Fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner by means of: picking the inventory, packing product, and preparing the order for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Working in our warehouse, Pickers will be tasked with picking paper products to fulfill customer orders utilizing our modernized pick-to-light system. Packers will be stationed at the tail end of the pick lines, receiving picked orders and tasked with packaging and prepping orders for shipment.

• Pick inventory from stock as designated by order or “pick” slips.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Pack orders in corresponding boxes, adding fillers, as needed.
• Print and attach shipping labels to orders.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation to preserve organization of orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Must be able to pass drug screening test

• Reliable attendance is required

Typical Work Schedule

Normal business hours of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

FLSA Status

Hourly non-exempt position: eligible for overtime pay.

Peak Work Time Requirements

Position requires up to 40 hours per week. Additional overtime may be available during peak months, with prior approval from manager.

Working Conditions

General warehouse environment, casual dress is acceptable. Work requires standing up to eight hours per day and near moving parts. Lighting and temperature are adequate and the noise is moderate near certain machines and adequate in all other places. Work is performed using hands and fingers and occasional general warehouse machinery. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
