What Youll Be Doing

• Help build the product strategy and roadmap for IAP+, focusing on the critical transition from appbased to webbased transactions while maintaining seamless multiplatform support
• Define and reach important metrics that demonstrate value for developers, including transaction success rates, integration efficiency, and revenue optimization across app and web channels
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams across engineering, design, and business development to implement a cohesive platform experience that serves developers and players
• Partner with key decision makers to align IAP+ with Unitys broader platform vision, ensuring tight integration with Unity Engine, Vector, and analytics capabilities
• Champion playerfirst solutions by gathering insights from developers and end users, translating feedback into features that solve real monetization challenges

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record of shipping successful payment or commerce products at scale, with measurable impact on revenue and user experience
• Deep understanding of payment systems, including app store billing (Google Play, Apple App Store) and webbased payment flows, with experience in AdTech or monetization ecosystems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated criticalthinking abilities to navigate complex platform ecosystems and identify innovative solutions
• Datadriven approach to product decisions, with ability to define and track important metrics that drive results

You Might Also Have

• Experience building developerfacing tools or APIs, with commitment to creating intuitive experiences that enable creators to build better games

Gross pay salary: $135,800$203,600 USD
