About the Role
As our SMT Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our SMT equipment and processes. You’ll be instrumental in creating high-quality, American-made LED bulbs that offer energy-efficient, eco-friendly lighting solutions for homes and businesses. Your expertise will directly contribute to the launch of a sustainable, American-manufactured product line, where precision and reliability are paramount. You will be a leader for America's Only LED Light Bulb Factory.
Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain SMT Processes: Set up and fine-tune SMT equipment, ensuring smooth, high-quality production lines.
Optimize for Quality and Efficiency: Troubleshoot, analyze, and enhance SMT processes for peak performance, focusing on quality control and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration of SMT processes with assembly and packaging automation.
Drive Innovation: Pioneer new techniques and ideas to keep GoodBulb at the forefront of American-made LED technology.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce high standards in line with GoodBulb’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with SMT equipment and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sustainable manufacturing and domestic production.
- A spirit of innovation and a desire to create a legacy in lighting technology.
