At Social Media, we focus mainly on building a brand's voice through content and interaction on different social channels. We look for profiles that are sharp, and that have the capability to think critically and adapt quickly to projects that are really diverse: from the creation of content strategies on a brand's different channels to the development of interaction and social listening dynamics.

What wed like you to do

1. Leading, planning and execution of Social Media strategies
2. Generation of content integrated into the Social Media strategy and in compliance with the clients' online marketing plan
3. Report management and data analysis
4. Management of social channels for interaction with communities and providing customer service
5. Coordination with the different work teams within the online marketing strategy
6. Daily management of communication with the client to review campaigns, and results proposing new strategies, innovations, and opportunities to improve results
7. Real-Time Marketing Strategies activation
8. Social Listening monitoring
9. Leading meetings with clients

What wed like you to bring

1. Being proactive, eager to learn, able to adapt to new challenges, and having a positive attitude.
2. Around four years of experience in similar positions in other agencies or clients.
3. University studies: Advertising / Marketing, Journalism.
4. Valuable Master or Course in Social Media / Content / Digital Marketing
5. Management of a portfolio of several clients
6. Ability to manage clients and pitches, and prioritize tasks with the work team.
7. Professional level management using social media platforms and management of social listening or analysis tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hypemonitoring, and others.
8. Fluent in spoken and written English
