Foot Locker, a leading global retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across our various technology domains (e.g., Software Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, MarTech, and more) to support our critical business transformation and growth initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full-cycle recruiting process for complex technical roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to building a world-class technology organization.
This is a 3 month assignment but the potential of going full time. Preferably this role would be local to the NYC area.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $85,000 - $100,000/yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
