Now hiring a Temporary Staff Accountant in Fort Worth, Texas! The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Office Manager, and the role is ideal for a highly experienced accounting professional who thrives in a structured environment. The position involves full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including payroll processing, A/R and A/P management, financial reporting, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be a QuickBooks Online expert with a knack for solving discrepancies and streamlining processes. Some of the key responsibilities include processing customer invoices and payments, reconciling GL accounts, managing vendor records, processing bi-weekly payroll, exporting/importing financial data between systems (e.g., Case Link, Insperity, QuickBooks Online), and ensuring accuracy in processing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys documented procedures and structured workflows
Requirements :
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate : $37 / hr
