First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Longmont, Colorado.

Cath Lab RN – Job Requirements

 

Experience

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Cath Lab experience required
• IR experience preferred (or willing to learn)

Licenses

• Active state RN license (state-specific; required to submit)
• Driver’s License required (due to 60-mile radius rule)

Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Education

• BSN not required

Skills / Must-Have

• Ability to circulate and monitor cath/IR cases
• Experience with pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Ability to perform pre/post procedure patient calls
• Experience with common cardiac diagnoses: STEMI, NSTEMI, pacemakers
• EMR proficiency in Epic
• Experience with MacLab and Siemens equipment preferred

Shift / Call Requirements

• 4x9 day shifts
• Call required :
  • ~10 weekday calls/month
  • Every 3rd weekend (Fri–Sun)
  • Holiday call (1 major summer + 1 major winter)
• 30-minute call response time

Orientation

• 12 hours + unit orientation (must be in-state for the orientation week)

Other Requirements

• Must live within 60 miles
• Scrubs: Hospital-provided blues
• No floating to other facilities
