Responsibilities Lead end-to-end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, etc. Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that influence product strategy. Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals. Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings for cross‑functional teams (design, product, content across US and CA markets). Communicate findings effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders. Champion inclusive and transparent research processes and foster team alignment. Job Details Contract Type: 12‑month contract (full‑time) Hours: 40 hours per week, paid weekly. Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid) W2 employment. Portfolio required. Salary: $50.00 – $55.00/hr.
